The contoured shape, high edges, and deep base ensure adequate air circulation, ensuring juicy dishes. The 10 mm thick base maintains even heat distribution and retains it even after the stove is turned off, saving energy and significantly speeding up the frying process, thus preserving more vitamins and minerals in prepared dishes.
The AMT Wok pan features a detachable handle, which saves space and ensures greater safety while cooking. It can be used in the oven after the handle is removed.
Thanks to the coating with a high content of ceramic particles, cleaning the pan is extremely quick and easy: just wipe it with paper towels or wash it in a small amount of water and detergent.
