The set consists of two vessels:

• A versatile casserole dish with an 11-liter capacity. It works wonderfully both on the stovetop and in the oven. It’s the perfect dish for casseroles, braises, boils, and roasts. Ideal for preparing roasted meats, poultry, vegetables, and even baking bread.
• This low-sided aluminum roasting pan with a ribbed base can be used as a lid, on its own, or as a grill pan. Perfect for cooking meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables.

The set features a modern design and is crafted from hand-cast aluminum, which is resistant to damage and provides excellent thermal conductivity. This allows the cookware to heat up quickly and retain its temperature even after being removed from the oven, saving energy and reducing meal preparation time by up to 30%. Food retains more color and nutrients, leaving it tender and juicy.

Both the roasting pan and the lid feature ergonomic handles and a contoured funnel, allowing for easy removal of water and cooking juices. The pans are also coated with Lotan®, which prevents food from sticking to the surface and allows for fat-free cooking. It also makes cleaning easier – both pieces can be washed in a small amount of soapy water.

Due to its large size, the AMT roaster with lid is perfect for a restaurant kitchen, but can also be used at home.
