Thanks to its aluminum construction and thick thermal base, it retains heat longer, distributing it evenly across the entire surface of the pot. This reduces cooking time by up to 20% and allows for more nutrients to be retained in prepared meals. The ergonomic shape ensures optimal steam circulation, keeping food soft and juicy.
The top layer of the pan is coated with Lotan®, which prevents food from sticking to the surface, allows for oil-free frying, and quick cleaning without the need for large amounts of water and detergent. The pan has a detachable handle – once removed, it can be used in the oven. An additional handle on the other side makes it easy to carry. Also available in an induction version.
