A versatile braising pan in a new, lighter version! This is the perfect solution if you’re looking for a handy, versatile pan for everyday use. It weighs less than our other braising pans, making it much more portable, easier, and more convenient to use. At the same time, it offers all the features of professional cookware available in our regular range.
Height 7 cm, available in two sizes: 24 cm and 28 cm in diameter.
The pan is made of hand-cast aluminum, which is very durable and resistant to damage. The 6-7 mm thick thermal base (standard models are 8-10 mm) ensures quick and even heat distribution not only on the bottom but also on the walls of the pan. This allows the pan to maintain its temperature longer, even several minutes after the stove has been turned off. Meals are prepared approximately 20% faster and saves energy!
Our special Lotan® non-stick coating allows you to fry without fat or oil. Food ingredients don’t stick to the surface, and cleaning is incredibly easy: just use a small amount of water and detergent, and for minor stains, wipe the surface with a paper towel. The light version of the braising pan is also available for induction.
Due to the desire to reduce the weight of the product as much as possible, this line of frying pans does not have detachable handles.
