Universal, multi-functional frying pan, available in five sizes: 20 cm, 24 cm, 26 cm, 28 cm and 32 cm.
Made of hand-cast aluminum alloy, it is exceptionally durable and resistant to damage.
The pan’s top layer is coated with a special Lotan® coating , which protects food from burning and sticking and allows for frying without the use of additional fat. The ceramic particles also make cleaning the pan easier : simply wipe it lightly, or use a small amount of water and detergent for heavier stains.
