The roaster is made of hand-cast aluminum, which rapidly distributes heat across the surface of the pan and retains it for a longer period. The temperature is evenly distributed across the bottom and walls of the roaster, while the perfectly fitting lid retains heat within the pan, promoting proper air circulation. The result is perfectly soft, juicy dishes, energy savings, and up to 30% less cooking time.
The AMT roaster is additionally coated with Lotan®, a high-ceramic coating. This makes the pan easy to clean, prevents food from sticking to its surface, and allows cooking without the use of additional consumables such as oil or paper.
The deep shape of the roasting pan allows you to cook large portions of meals, the handles on both sides make it easy to carry, and the contoured funnel allows you to pour out any water remaining after stewing or natural juices from the food.
The AMT roaster with lid is oven-safe and heat-resistant up to 240°C.
