Made of aluminum, an excellent thermal conductor, it heats up quickly, and the heat is distributed across both the bottom and walls of the pot, ensuring even heating of prepared sauces and creams. What’s more, aluminum retains its temperature longer than other materials: you can turn off the stove earlier, and the pot will remain warm longer. It’s a simple and effective way to save energy!
The pot’s surface is coated with our proprietary Lotan® non-stick coating. It prevents liquids from sticking to the surface, protects against burning, and makes cleaning much easier: simply wipe the pot with a paper towel or wash it in a small amount of soapy water.
Thanks to its resistance to high temperatures, this pot can also be used in the oven.
